Department of Surgery is located on first floor of the college building. It is specious, well ventilated with an infrastructure of total area 714 sq.ft. which includes a HOD room of 90 sq.ft. and a museum cum demonstration room of 624 sq.ft.

Knowledge about surgical disorders is required to grasp & so that Hom. Physician is able to

• Diagnose common surgical cases.
• Institute Hom. Treatment where possible.
• Organize a pre and post operative homoeopathic medicinal care as total / partial responsibility.
• Organize complete hom. Care for resptoring the susceptibility of the patient to normally.

Study of surgery includes training on

• Knowledge of causation, prognosis of health disorders related to surgery.
• Bedside clinical procedures.
• Fundamentals of examination of patients with surgical problems.
• Use of common instruments for examination of patient, asepsis, antisepsis, dressings plaster, operative surgery.
• Applied study in radiology, diagnosis etc.
• Includes orthopaedics, ophthalmology, dental diseases, otorhinolaryngiology & neonatal surgery.
• Relevant minor surgical procedures.
• Orientation towards casetaking & examination of surgical patients.
