  • Legal camp (seminar) is conducted in the month of September 2015
  • Every yer Legal camp activities is conducted by department through Chandwad Judicial Court. Last Legal camp was organized on 10th March 2015 in presence of Chief Judicial Magistate Shri. R. B. Giri.
  • Court Visit :- Batch wise visit was arranged from 6th March 2017 to 8th March 2017 at Chandwad Judicial Court, to observe legal procedure, as a part of curriculum. This helped the students to understand importance of Documentary evidences especially certificate writing, importance of inquest & procedure of Evidence Recording.
  • Seminar :- Seminar was conducted on the topic - The Juvenile Justice Act, Child Psychology & crime, the Child labour Act etc.
  • Seminar :- On the topic - The consumer protection Act Rights of Women, The Hom. Central Council Act 1973 by Hon'ble Magistrate Shri. K. G. Chaudhari & Hon'ble Magistrate SHri. S. S. Dhapate along with their team of Chandwad Lawyer Association. on 29th August 2016.
  • Seminar :- On the MTP Act., The PC & PNDT Act. & Dowry Death was conducted by Chandwad Court "Vidhi Seva Samiti" in presence of Magistrate Hon. Shri. Chaudhari, Magistrate Hon. Shri. Dhapate & Magistrate Hon. Shri. Kulkarni on 14th August 2018

ACB International School, Chiplun invited Dr. Mrs. S. S. Thorat as Chief Guest for Women's Day Celebration at their School to motivate & guide the Audiance.

Course Outcome

  • Forensic medicine and toxicology is the subject concern with application of medical and paramedical scientific knowledge to the branches of law both civil and criminal for the purpose of justice. The student of forensic medicine shall be able to make observation and infer conclusions by logical deduction in criminal cases.
  • They shall know about The Homoeopathic Central Council act and Homoeopathic Practitioner regulations.
  • The student shall also acquire knowledge of law in relation to medical practice, medical negligence and code of ethics.
  • They shall know details of legal procedure, their role as expert witness.
  • They shall also be able to identify the case of poisoning in chronic as well in acute cases of the poisoning & its diagnosis.
  • They shall know duties of doctor in cases of poisoning.
  • They shall know the general and specific guidelines for the management of the cases of poisoning and also dealing with their medico legal aspect.
  • They shall know precaution of issuing certificate or any report,   methodology, do’s and don’ts for  issuing it as these are documentary evidences.
  • They must know the importance of valid consent.
  • They shall know rules for examination of victim and accuse in criminal cases.
  • Medico legal examination is statutory duty of every registered practitioner.

Program Specific Outcome

  • While practicing homoeopathy they will follow all the rules and regulations for the homoeopathic practitioner as per the guidelines of THE HCC ACT & rule regulations as per law.
  • In every medico legal case they will do thorough examination, proper documentation and certification.
  • They will follow duties of doctor in case of poisoning as per regulations.
