The admission process of First Year of four-year degree courses in Engineering / Technology is governed by DTE, Mumbai. The eligibility criteria decided is as given below :

  1. SSC & HSC Mark Sheet
  2. MHT-CET Score Card
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. Nationality Certificate
  5. Domicile Certificate (in students or parents name)
  6. Leaving Certificate HSC
  7. Passport size Photo
  8. Bank Account

        Following certificate if required or as applicable

  1. Income Certificate (for TFWS, EBC Scholarship)
  2. Minority Certificate (for minority candidates)
  3. Caste Certificate (for BC candidates)
  4. Validity Certificate (for BC candidates)
  5. Non creamy layer Certificate in the name of candidate and valid upto 31/03/2017 (Not for SC/ST)


Institute level Admission:

1. Enrollment in CAP process is essential for both MH-CET and  JEE Candidates

2. As per DTE rule, college can directly admit the candidates on the following seats:

      2.1 20% of sanction intake seats (i.e. 12 seats per 60 intake) in each branch

      2.2 Vacant seats if any after CAP round IV

      2.3 Contact College authority directly for admission against such seats


CAP Admission:

        1.       Initial stage

      1.1 Announcement & Display of Information Brochure

    1.2 Filling Online Application Form ( for CAP as well as for Institute Level  admission)

    1.3 Document Verification at Facilitation Center

    1.4 Submission of grievances, if any

    1.5 Display of Final Merit Lists

    1.6 Display of Seat Matrix (available seats college wise)

    1.7 Filling of Online Option Form (These options shall be considered for allotment in CAP Round I, II and III)

         2.       CAP Round I, II, III

     2.1 Computerized seat allotment

     2.2 Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round I

     2.3 No allotment: wait for the next round

     If allotted,

    • Deposit fee at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC)
    • Choose any one option

                       Freezing (not eligible for CAP Round II and III

                        Sliding ( for betterment)           

                        Floating (for betterment)

         Same process will repeat in CAP Round II and III

         3.       CAP Round IV

     3.1 Anyone who was involved in earlier rounds I to III or want to involve first time (candidate possessing merit number) can participate in this round.

     3.2 Display of the available seats

     3.3 Fill in(new entrant) or edit the already filled online option form

     3.4 Choose any one option Freeze, Slide or Float

     3.5 Computerized seat allotment

     3.6 Display of allotment list

     3.7 Confirm the seat at ARC

     3.8 Reporting at institute to confirm the allotted seat

         4.         Vacant Seat after CAP Round IV

      4.1 Seats remaining vacant after CAP round IV will be filled in by the Institute essentially candidate must have merit number.
